Samudra has over 15 years of experience in the IT and OT fields. His areas of interest are industrial control systems, industrial internet of things (IIOT), virtualization, network security, software defined networks.

Samudra has a PhD in Engineering Systems from MIT and bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, and Masters in Nuclear Engineering from India.  Samudra has worked with customers in many verticals including manufacturing and has helped identify opportunities to implement digitalization and improve productivity. Samudra is an active member of the International Society for Automation (ISA) and has been invited to speak at national and international trade and industry conferences on the topics of Industrial IOT and Cybersecurity.

Abhi Muthiyan

Co-Founder, CTO

Abhi is an experienced technology team leader, delivering innovative solutions in the enterprise software market. Abhi holds an MBA with specialization in Innovation Management from North Carolina State University.

At Patagonia Health, Abhi architected a multi-tenant SaaS platform for Electronic Health Record (EHR), Patient engagement tools, and billing. EHR is a mission critical application for a health organization. Previously at Symantec, he designed, created products for network management, storage management used by Fortune 500 companies. Abhi holds several patents in network discovery and management.

Randy Woodard

Director of Business Development

Randy is an experienced business development leader, with over 30 years of experience providing technology-driven solutions for clients throughout the US. Randy holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and completed graduate studies in international business at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Randy is a specialists in developing, implementing, and managing strategic business development programs and initiatives for firms like Varidx that serve the information and communication technology needs of communities, corporations, and industrial organizations, large and small.
